Error message at top of wordpress site: Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

If you have enabled the support checkbox already, can you visit the “Debug Log” menu item and email the hopeful contents to [email protected] and CC [email protected] ? That way we can assess what the potential causes are.
