Based on the error, you’re going to need to disconnect and reconnect the associated account. Typically this error means the plugin got into a state where it can no longer self manage its authentication/access tokens, and needs some manual intervention to re-establish connection.
Base on your suggestion, I disconnected and connected again and go even more error messages. Here they are:

Most of the rest of that is more indication that it’s managing to refresh itself again, and are more informational than error.
To help verify, I just submitted to the form as “Constant Contact Forum Support”. If things are working like expected, you should have a new signup with that name.
