Thanks so much for the heads-up. I thought I was able to replicate this issue locally – when I disabled e-mail notifications for a successful signup, that user was not added to my Constant Contact list. But I think I was just being impatient. Through some subsequent testing, I am seeing that signups are showing up correctly. I am going to do some more testing.

As an update, I signed up through the Contact Us page on your site and it appears to have worked fine (I received the welcome email). Although maybe you have changed that setting? It seems to me if there was a problem with the email notification setting that it would affect all of the forms and not just some. So it would surprise me if one would continue working while the others broke. Are there any other differences between the form that worked and the forms you were having trouble with?
Thank you so much for looking into this. I tested it again and only the contact us page is going through to constant contact. The only difference I am seeing on that page is that we ask 2 open-ended questions.

Contact us – has this clicked- Enables form submissions without triggering a page refresh. This option overrides the redirect choice above.

Add a checkbox so visitors can opt-in to your email list.

Newsletter sign up page has the exact same settings.
I misspoke above – ONLY the Contact us page was working properly. SO I receive an email notification and it goes to CC – the others do not.

“No refresh” selected

Only the “Contact us” form was working. “Contact us” form also has some extra fields available to filled in. A couple of custom fields, one as a text field, one as a text area.
Newsletter has one custom field in the form of the zip code request. The rest of the fields are standard ones provided by Constant Contact.
Can you visit your Constant Contact Settings page and check the “Enable logging for debugging purposes”. This will hopefully provide some extra information about any possible errors coming through that we can use.

It was part of the update in the 1.3.7 release, so if you’re using any version before that, please upgrade to this latest version.
