    I’ve been having a problem with the constant contact Plugin for probably over a year and we just can’t figure it out. Some of the subscribers don’t get added to the general list in constant contact. But I will send me an email of them trying and I go and add them manually. However, I’ve been getting increasingly busy and it looks really unprofessional if their welcome email is coming in a week later. I spoke with multiple staff at constant contact and none of them could figure it out, so I was sent here.

    Just tried a test submission with the form I found in the right sidebar on the link provided.

    Please let us know if that comes through on your end.

    By chance have you noticed any admin notices in your WordPress dashboard related to Constant Contact messaging? Also curious if enabling debugging with our plugin will help surface some issues going on.

    Lastly, we could try a very basic form and perhaps a new test list to see if it’s maybe specific to the form somehow.

    If I’m honest I wouldn’t know where to find the word press constant contact messages.
    We can try whatever you feel like will work let me know if you need anything else for me.

    The messaging/messages would be general WordPress admin notices when you log in. I believe they’re meant to be permanent until the Debug Logs page is visited, at which point the notice would go away until needed again.

    Regarding logging, I believe they would be able to be enabled at https://wrighthoughts.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ctct_forms&page=ctct_options_settings_support and checking the presented checkbox. After that, a new “Debug Logs” menu item should show up in our Constant Contact section.

    I’d want to see any contents in the textarea of that new menu page, to see if anything stands out to me.
