Constant Error Message

One of my clients keeps getting this message. We’ve tried all the usual protocols (disabling plugins one at a time, updates, etc.) with no resolution. Her “developer” doesn’t want to assist. Any thoughts?

@brendac You could try applying some code to
.htaccessfile as explained in this old thread (scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the suggested solution).Also, it would be good if you could have your webhost look into file permission or ownership issues.
