I can’t link to the page because I can’t just leave a live website without a working form due to all of the false positives. If I get one more customer complaint about a form not working due to CleanTalk blocking the submissions, I’m canceling my subscriptions and taking my business elsewhere. Fix your software or I’m out.

We need to look at the requests in your Anti-Spam logs to understand why this happened. Could you tell us the Service #? You can find the Service # here: your CleanTalk dashboard → the “Settings” button under your site name.
