Also, as far as creating a new menu, there a quite a few menu type plugins in the WordPress Plugin directory. It will all depend on what you’re trying to accomplish but I would suggest having a browse through there so see if something is suitable…

Where are the arrows that you mentioned? The only arrows I can see are the two small white ones in the menu, which indicate that those two particular menu options have dropdowns.
once you enter the website,there will be 2 orange arrows appear for about a second and it disappear,how do I remove that?

It looks like you have 2 slideshows being displayed on that page. The first slideshow, which actually has no images, is the one containing the arrows. I’m presuming there’s an option to hide or display the arrows and that’s why they’re disappearing. (It defaults to having them on but then removes them once the page is loaded).
The second slideshow is the one with your actual images.
You would need to remove the first slideshow. This maybe a plugin on your site or it maybe hardcoded into your theme. You’d need to check this out yourself.
