Consumer Key Access Token

In the Widget setup area it asks for
Consumer Key:
Consumer Secret:
Access Token:
Access Token Secret:
When I created my Application in the Twitter Application Management area I can see,
Access token
Access token secret
but I can not see Consumer Key or Consumer Secret. Other keys I see are,
API key
API secret
Owner
Owner ID
I tried to use the API ones for where it asks for Consumer but all I see in the sidebar is the word Twitter (the Title of the widget) and no tweets.
