    Hi
    I am having a bad experience with a theme I have bought. I am constantly advised to speak to the author about bugs in the theme or just advice about how to work with the theme. However, the author has decided I am asking for too much support and refused to support me. I tried to leave an objective review of my experience but it was removed. I have since been threatened that if I leave a negative review my licence will be suspended. Am I trapped by this i.e. as this is a licensed theme can they actually bring my website down as this is certainly against consumer rights and others should know about this author. By the way I havent mentioned the themes name through fear of them doing something to my site

    I’ve looked back through your topics on these forums and it does not appear that you’re referring to a theme distributed through ww.wp.xz.cn. Thanks for not mentioning the the theme name — whatever dispute you’re having with the developer/author doesn’t belong here.

    The best advice I can give you is to find another theme and put the bad experience behind you.

    As there’s nothing we can do here to offer you support, I’m closing this topic.
