@songofhannah,
You can insert Contact Form 7 shortcode into Rainmaker’s custom form tab and design the form the way you want it (and select the leads to go to Email Subscribers – check here).
Now, insert Rainmaker’s form shortcode on any page/post you want to show subscribe form on (or use Icegram’s Inline message type to show form on a static page).
Wow thanks! Didn’t realize I could use Contact 7’s code and plop it right into Rainmaker! But one last step – is it possible to insert the question “Would you like to subscribe to updates?” and if checked, it adds them to Subscribers, and it it’s not checked, it won’t add them?
(As a solution, I would have it send an optin email, but we disabled double optin because we had a ton of subscribers but no one confirmed optin. We know they are legit subscribers because no-one has complained.)
Ok, something’s broken. I dropped in the Contact 7 shortcode, and tested the form. The email went through, and Rainmaker collected the lead. But it did not add me to the “Email Subscribers” plugin and I did not get the optin email. (And yes I had Form actions/subscribe to a mailing list “Email subscribers” checked.)
@songofhannah,
Yes, you can insert any custom form inside Rainmaker.

Nope as of now.
