Contact email not working

    I am using the wordpress theme studio8 for my website – this has a contacts section where I have entered a gmail address for correspondence – unfortunately the emails are not arriving at the gmail account – in other words there is an air gap between the website and the gmail account. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Have you asked your hosting company if they have any SMTP filtering that might block emails to gmail accounts?

    I had a live chat with the hosting company yesterday – we tested with a yahoo account and my cpanel email with no luck – he seemed to think it is a theme problem.

    I doubt it but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.
