Hi Steven. There has been a new development since I posted this. The contact form is actually going through to an email- just not the correct one.
Here’s the situation: A 3rd party created the website and used our office manager’s email to set it up. Since she has nothing to do with the website, I went in and changed the email from hers to mine in the following places:
Settings>General>Email Address
as well as
Edit My Profile> Email (required)
I just found out that she is getting the emails. When throughout the background of the website, it has mine. Any clue as to why this is happening.
(When I originally posted on the forum, I had no knowledge of her getting the emails.)
Are you able to get in touch with the 3rd party that created the form? It sounds like some values might have been hard coded.

I was, Steven! It was apparently something that he had written in the background that I had no clue of. Luckily he was able to fix it quickly.
