Hi,
You need to install the Contact From 7 plugin (it’s recommended by the theme). Then you need to go to WP-admin -> Contact and copy the from shortcode from there and paste it in the popup.

if you want to remove the labels, go to Wp-admin> contact>Click edit on contact form then remove text with `<label> Text (required)

After paste Contact form 7 code, I see only form without field titles. Maybe you have solution to see this titles ?

I just get a notice saying set shortcode in customizer. I don’t see this setting anywhere. The cog on contact only shows background and ” Show form controls on one column “
