    Hello!
    I’m receiving messages through my contact form and Sendgrid without a return email address. I can’t reply to some of my customers. It doesn’t happen all of the time, but on about 1/2.
    I’ve been told that

    Hi there,

    I want to know if in your WordPress integration exist a section where you can select one of your list where the emails are saved?

    I can see the sendgrid API key is working, and if you can provide me more informations about the ” Contact Form 1″

    For the moment I think there is a problem with the emails that are not coming into a SendGrid list after your customer si completing your contact form.

    I’m not sure what she is asking for?

    @mariefrank Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    Do one thing fill form and don’t add an email address and then submit a form, you will receive a validation error but check your admin email, are you received email data without an email address?

    Also share a screenshot of the Contact form > Edit > Mail tab.
