    i have insert a contact form in the product page with a widget, it is normal that when the client writhe a email from the contact form to the vendor, there aren’t any link or info for know FROM WHERE client writhe ?

    According to your response, it sounds like you customize the Single Product Page and add the widget. According to the Support Policy, we are unable to offer any customization-related support. You can check out the Support Policy here: https://wedevs.com/support-policy/

    Along with this, you didn’t mention the builder you use to customize the single store page. So, it is quite tough for us to assist you. I am already familiar with the customization options offered from the plugin end. However, the Single Product Page customization option is available in the Pro feature of the Dokan plugin.

    As per the guidelines set forth by ww.wp.xz.cn, commercial products are not supported on this platform.

    now i have understand ! and i have reset all settings, for try dokan-lite better !

    i’m testing and i have only one problem i think… the order email to vendor don’t arrive..

    i’m so sorry now i have try to delete elementor paga and re create with wp and work !! i have understand that i must don’t use ELEMENTOR !! sorry and close the topic… thanks again
