I just installed the free version of Quiz maker on our non profit site to create Trivia questions to engage those who come. However, I cannot get the contact form to work correctly. I fill it out and add it to the result message but it never shows up at the end of the quiz. Sometimes it just says Contact form. Is this feature not available with the free version. Can anyone explain how to do this properly? Thank you
As we understand, you have inserted a shortcode from another Form plugin into the result message, which generates a <form> tag in the HTML.
However, our plugin also outputs a <form> tag, and according to HTML standards, nesting a <form> tag within another <form> tag is not allowed.
We recommend using an iframe to embed your desired contact form instead.
If we have misunderstood your setup, could you please clarify the actions you’ve taken? Additionally, if possible, kindly share the link so we can further investigate your case.
I am using the QuizMaker and in it under the results setting tab, there is an option to insert a contact form. That is what I tried to do and it just says contact form when I go through the quiz. I took a screen shot but don’t see how to upload it here.

Our Development Team has reviewed the case with the link you provided and noticed that you’re attempting to set a JetpackCRM shortcode within the quiz Result Message. This creates a form in a form, which is not functioning as expected.
When we visited your website, the form was displayed, but please note that this may not work consistently, as “Static HTML” is enabled for your site.
Please note that when you have Static HTML (PHP Cache) enabled, the dynamic content does not update, and your page will continuously load the cached version.
Additionally, please note that other plugins have the ability to add text to the WP editor and display it. However, this does not mean that it is a functionality provided by the Quiz Maker plugin.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thank you.
