    Hello – thank you for assisting me with Contact Form 7

    No matter what tutorial I read I simply cannot get the form to work on this page – https://ronfieldsnutrition.co.uk/request-a-trial/

    Also, some of the forms I already have on the site have short codes that simply do not relate to the forms in contact form 7 so I am really confused. Eg. this page – https://ronfieldsnutrition.co.uk/affiliate-home/ has a short code of: [contact-form-7 id=”3197″] but that does not exist yet it still works.

    Please can you have a look. I am happy to give to full access to the site.
