I think it will work for Multisite. Give it a trial and let me know if it work.
Contact form 7 Update added to Todo-List
Hey, Good job on getting this out. Unfortunately it breaks a multisite.
No error, you just can’t access domainname.com/wp-admin/network/ after installing
Added to To-do list.
I’ll fix this when i have the time.

Does it supports Contact Form 7? I want to use this No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA in a contact form 7 form. Please help me as I can’t find the way to do it and google search didn’t help much.
