contact form 7 cannot be activated

    Hi,

    I am trying to activate contact form 7 plugin, but it has a fatal error, it said ‘Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.’ The websites is http://sirwebsites.com.au/osteoease/

    I deleted it and reinstall again, it kept giving me the same error. How should I fix it?
