Is this delay consistently 3-4 seconds?
Does anything change if you disable any other plugins?
Do you think you can reproduce this on a clean WP install? Could you check by creating a new WP installation, install cf and conditional fields and test your form there? A new tool for this that I discovered lately is https://tastewp.com/

Ah yes, that’s probably because the site doesn’t allow to send email from their server. The response seems to come back very quickly though, so it looks like the 3 seconds delay is specific to your setup.
Have you tried disabling some other plugins on your site, to see if any of them might be causing the delay?
Tried, but no luck. Will try to see with a host company.
