Since I have been using your plugin for at least 4 years I am familiar with it. I finally got it to send after three tries of hitting the I am not a robot and then a selection of pictures popped up and asked me to choose certain ones. That is how it finally recognized I was human. So if you don’t think that is a problem that is fine. Most users don’t pay attention and just think it doesn’t work.
You might want to test your plugin on the different devices.
@Durenda Wood – I am not the plugin author. I’m another CF7 user that answers questions in this forum most days as part of my way of giving back to WordPress.
While it appears you are not likely to listen to any comment I make at this stage, I do believe your problems are due to something on your particular WP site. I use CF7 on many WordPress sites and receive submissions from Android phones without problems each week.
