Contact Form 7 Dropdown Fields

I recently installed the latest version of your plugin, and I’m using it in conjunction with Contact form 7 on a client’s website here…

The print command is working as expected. However information entered into the two drop down fields on the form is not being carried over to the print screen.

Is there a workaround for this, as I need the form to be completely filled out before printing?
