• Hello,

First of all, thank you for such a great plugin!

I set up a custom folder “/images/” for the media library images on my client’s website and it is working great. However, we are having problems with the Contact Form 7 plugin file upload feature.

According to the Contact Form 7 documentation, the attachment files from the contact form should be uploaded to the wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads folder. But I neither see the files that I’ve uploaded in this folder nor in the “images” folder.

Do you know what could be the problem or how we can make this work?

    Afterthought:

I have found out (using file manager) that there is the “wpcf7_uploads” folder inside our “images” folder, but this folder is empty. Even if I have already attempted to fill in & submit my contact form with additional uploaded files. There is only the .htaccess file inside this folder.

    Hello,
The wpcf7 folder is just a buffer folder; it’s completely normal for it to be empty.
