Contact form 7 Missing from Wp-admin Menu

go to Freesoul Deactivate Plugins => Backend => Backend Singles and click on “Save all changes”. Then refresh the admin page where you didn’t see the Contact Form 7 menu item.

Hi, thanks for the quick response.
I noticed that deactivating and reactivating Freesoul alone fixes the issue. But I believe this is a temporary fix as I had the same thing with the Matamo plugin. I will let you know

The issue with the Matomo plugin should be for a different cause. Have a look at this thread for more details.
Do you have the last version of Freesoul Deactivate Plugins? Theoretically, the last version should solve the conflict with the Matomo plugin.

Hi, when I logged back out and then back in, contact form 7 was missing again.
I tried the steps you mentioned:

Contact form 7 was still missing. I do have the latest version, Please advise, thank you

Contact Form 7 shows its admin menu to users who have a custom capability. When FDP was rebuilding the admin navigation didn’t understand the current user had the right to see the menu item of CF7. This was causing the issue. You saw the menu item only when the menu was not rebuilt by FDP.
If you have a staging environment you can try v. 1.9.4.0.beta-3 which fixes this issue but at the moment only for those users who have the right to manage options (practically administrators).
You will find it here: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/freesoul-deactivate-plugins.1.9.4.0.beta-4.zipThe preliminary tests were successful, but I would not install it on a live site yet. However, if you try it on a staging environment and don’t see any issues, you should not have issues on your live site.
