Contact Form 7 not generating code

I have the same exact problem described here:

Contact form is not generating code.
I dont know what happends, I just see an empty brown bar in the “add new form” page.

Also I cant see the part where the code is generated.

I recently updated wordpress from version 2.something to 3.3.2, and everything else seems to work fine.

Contact form is at the lastest version.

Please help !

p.s: I tried disabling ALL my plugins, but still not work.
also tried Twenty Ten 1.3 as theme, same result
