We have tried to reproduce the issue with the exact versions of the plugin, but for us, it worked fine.
May we ask you to put the shortcode of the form on the test page and send that to us, so we can compare how the form works inside the popup and outside of it?
Please, enable the **Debug Mode** so our support team can check what the issue is.
Follow the steps below to achieve this.
1. Go to Popup Builder settings.
2. Check the “Enable DEBUG MODE”.
3. Click “Save Changes”.

P.S. Make sure to have the Popup Builder plugin latest version activated so you can have the Debug Mode feature available.

I added the shortcodes on https://in-case.co.za/service/storage-solutions-2/
Its not showing any button – not sure where I set that. I used the CSS Class previously. I also noticed my javascvript is not firing that feeds my contact form 7 submission to our CRM.
DEBUG MODE has been activated as well.
On https://in-case.co.za/service/storage-solutions-3/ I have set up the popups again via the CSS Class. All 4 popups are set up the same – but only the covered parking form is submitting to our CRM. I have disable our caching plugins as well.
Once a form is submitted – javascript is executed that sends the form submissions to our CRM.
