    The shortcode displays just a plain text when using your plugin. How can I make my form appear inside the popup?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to display a shortcode inside our forms. The reason for this is that we’re not just a WordPress based plugin, our popups are created and edited outside WordPress.

    However, if you tell us what kind of a form you use, what fields it has, we may be able to offer a solution with our own built in forms.
