Contact Form broken?

    I realised my contact form is broken now. Nothing changed since a couple of weeks and the forms worked well so far. Now i tested the forms and i get an error-output direct under the send-button. Whats wrong? Can you help me please?

    And sorry for my bad english. I hope you can understand my issue.

    Hi @cocodeal,

    What contact form are you using?
    Is this Elementor Pros’ form widget or a plugin?
    (If it’s an Elementor pro widget, please contact our support)

    It is the Elementor pro widget. How i can contact the support for pro-version?

    Yes I have this issue as well. To open an Elementor Pro support ticket go to elementor.com and log into your account and click on the support tab and then type a question into the text. If there are no matching answers at the bottom you will find a button to continue with a support ticket. It’s a tad confusing I must admit.

    Hi Philip!

    Problem is fortunately solved! My host provider rolled back the PHP-version to PHP 5.6. The form widget is not contrary with 5.7.
    Maybe this information will help you too 😉

    Hmm, my client is running php5.5 and it’s getting an error just as you described. On another I am running php7 and it works fine.

    This is weird of course. I’m clueless to be honest. Hope the premium support of Elementor can help you.
    I realised that the custom messages of the form widget also does not work correctly on my website. Elementor support unfortunately did not answer me to this problem yet.
