    Hello guys I have same theme and same issue like this one:

    When I clear cache everything is ok, but after one day or so it won’t send a message nor print ‘The form has been submitted successfully!’ message, only blank space after click on send.

    Currently I’m using cloudflare cache through ‘WP Fastest cache’ but same thing was happening with W3 Total cache Disk.

    When I’m logged into wordpress it works well and when I clear cache everything is ok for a day or so.

    Could you please share the solution? Thank you

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    You can resolve your issue by turning off file generation from the Spectra dashboard (https://wpspectra.com/docs/file-generation/) and clearing all the caches including the server-side cache.

    Unfortunately it seems like the problem has returned as usual after 1-2 days. Not sure how could I troubleshoot this better…

    Sorry I’m too lazy for that at the moment. Found that this causing the issue:

    Empty string passed to getElementById().

    that pointing to

    mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-addons-for-gutenberg/assets/js/forms.min.js?ver=2.19.11

    It’s the nonce issue, solved by emptying the cache 2 times per day through clear option in WP Fastest cache. Resolved
