Contact Form – Does Nothing!

Hey, I have a simple contact form created. It’s been added to the website using the shortcode and placed inside a widget using the Avada theme. Doesn’t matter if you fill out the form or not, when you hit send it doesn’t do anything, like it doesn’t even show you a warning message. Any idea’s what’s wrong with it?
