Hello,

I have various upload buttons on this web page: http://www.denovoaccounting.co.uk/denovo-accounting-client-application-form/

but when the files are uploaded and attached they do not come through with the email once a customer fills in the form.

can you help?

Let, [file* resume-attach limit:2MB filetypes:.pdf|.doc|.dox] this is you file field. Here field name is [resume-attach].
You need to add this name in the attachment field of mail section.
