Contact Form Has Configuration Errors

Hi

After I updated the contact form 7, it shows me there is configuration error.

From : [your-name] <[your-email]>
This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.

Subject : [your-subject]
This field can be empty depending on user input.

However, I am still able to receive and send email. What should I do ?
