We do not entirely undestand what appears to be the problem. In case you want to add captcha to the form, please install Captcha plugin ( https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/captcha/ ), and then select which forms shall it be displayed with on Captcha settings page.
In case you referred to something else, could you please describe the problem in more detail and provide a link to the page on which the problem occurs?

Hello.
I create a Contact form and put it in a Contact Page.
However, i want a Captcha when user comments my posts, in my blog page.
How can i do it?
