Contact Form is Distorted Vertically

    Using Champion Forms Version 1.6.2 and Thesis 1.8.1

    A contact form is being stretched vertically when I place it in a page or sidebar with shortcode. You can see the form Here.

    The form preview looks great with proper spacing and it’s about 2/3 the overall height of the stretched version.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using both a commercial theme & a commercial plugin, you need to seek support from the theme & plugin vendors. We do not support commercial products here.
