Contact Form Maker 1.13.17 – Form doesn’t submit with JavaScript error

    I upgraded the Contact Form Maker plugin for this webpage, and now the form won’t submit with the following JavaScript error:

    (index):118 Uncaught ReferenceError: check_required is not defined
    at HTMLButtonElement.onclick ((index):118)
