Hello,

I have a problem with compatibility with Contact Form Maker.
I use another plugin Page Builder for SiteOrigin.

When I use the contact form on one page, and it works fine (http://ngeurope-stav.cz/ng-europe/)
But others behave unnaturally (http://ngeurope-stav.cz/kontakt/)

Additionally, HTML validator writes me because of him many mistakes. (https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fngeurope-stav.cz%2Fkontakt%2F)

Can anyone give me a help?
