Could you go to this page, and activate the Contact Form module?

Once you’ve done so, everything should be back to normal.
We’re also working on making the feature easier to access and enable when it’s disabled. You can follow our progress here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/6788
I also cannot access my Jetpack Dashboard (it shows a giant W for WordPress and that’s it) or Settings (nothing happens when it’s clicked) when logged in. I thought perhaps the contact module had become disabled.
If you can’t access the Settings page above either, could you try to log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:
http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation
You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:

jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER
If you’re not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.
Let me know how it goes.
Yes, and it worked. I appreciate it. I can open a separate thread, but is there any connection to this issue and the Dashboard and Settings pages not being available.
Dashboard just shows the big W for WordPress.
If you click Setting, it does absolutely nothing.
I spoke too soon. The contact module is now activated, but something is up with the ability to create a form. It won’t properly update the form field names and is abnormally slow even doing that.
Could you try to reinstall the plugin from scratch, and let me know if it helps? It seems that some files may be missing from your installation of Jetpack.
