Contact form not displaying

    Hello,

    first of all, I am sorry if someone already wrote a topic about this issue, but I couldn’t find it anywhere.

    I am having an issue with Contact form 7 : when I insert the shortcode into one of my post or page, the form is not displaying, only the shortcode itself is.

    I tried to desactivate/reactivate the plugin, uninstalled/reinstalled it (through FTP or through WP plugin page), I also integrated the default shortcode given when Contact form 7 is installed, but no form is displayed…

    If anyone can help me out with that issue, it would be great !

    Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    Hello Esmi and thank you for your quick answer.

    I’ve tried to activate Twenty Fourteen theme and to deactivate all plugins but my website has completely buged out!!

    However I just ran another test with my actual theme with all plugins deactivated and the form still doesn’t display so I guess it may be the theme causing this issue ?

    I would guess it’s the theme, yes. Where did you download it from?

    This theme is called “peekaboo” and I downloaded it from Theme Forest.

    I’m sorry but as this is a commercial theme, you need to seek further support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.
