Contact form Please help

Hi All

I am new wordpress please treat me like a new I am trying to learn abit about website setups.

I can’t see what I am doing wrong here on the contact form 1. It comes up with a error : 1 configuration error detected in this tab panel

[tel* your-telephone] </label>

<label> Subject

<label> Your Message

[submit “Send”]
