Contact form/plugin automatically updated virus

I need help getting rid of a plugin/autoupdate & contact form virus. Every day I receive bogus emails from my contact form on a wide variety of spam topics. These sre not from users approved on my site, although they do wind up on my userlist somehow. I can’t tell if I am alone in receiving these annoying emails or my site is spamming the entire internet. Along with this, I have daily plugin autoupdate successful messages, although I have auto update turned off. I can’t tell which plugin(s) is/are the bad actor.
