The form submits successfully, but emails arrive with empty field values. This started after I enabled caching. Could caching or minification cause this?

Hi anavat,

Thanks for reaching out to us.Please clear all levels of cache, including (but not limited to) server cache, WordPress/optimization plugin cache, CDN cache, and browser cache. Then try again.

If the issue still persists, please exclude the following MetForm URLs from optimization:
- Exclude from CSS:
  /wp-content/plugins/metform/public/assets/css/style.css
- Exclude from JS:
  /wp-content/plugins/metform/public/assets/js/app.js
Let us know if this resolves the issue.
