contact form —>> spam folder

    Hi,
    Can you help me? All my emails from contact forms are going to spam folder. What can I do with that?

    Do you mean spam folder of the mailer you use such as Gmail?

    Hi Takayuki,
    I use 1and1 server and I use their email platform (webmail)
    They checked today if it was a mistake on their part, but everything looks ok. They told me that I shoud contact with plugin owner.

    Then 1and1 should know the precise reason why they have regarded legitimate messages as spam, right? WordPress contact form plugin’s author can only guess it.
