Contact Form/Submit button not working

    Hello again…

    The contact form/submit button doesn’t seem to be working.

    I asked 3 people to test it out. Not sure if they were on mobile or desktop but I haven’t received any of them.

    I tried it on my mobile. Not working. Tried it on the desktop… Not working.

    Hello @icesk81, no emails recieved?

    What plugin do you use for a contact form? – I can test it in our environment and suggest a fix..

    I was (am) using Contact 7 and then also Happy Forms.

    And yes…no emails…except for the ones that I did through my logged in desktop.

    Unfortunately, my whole site got jacked up and I felt it was probably easier to just reset considering I didn’t have too much content and I didn’t want to harass any other support people lol.

    Now (*topic switch*) it looks like I can’t use a contact form at all, as it doesn’t offer it as an option?! Clearly…this is not my field.

    Soooo I guess this is a moot point….unless you can offer insight?
    It’s fine, if not. I’m still using the plug-in minus the form.

    I truly appreciate all your help and quick responses.

    Hello @icesk81, Hardwork theme does not support Subscribe form, so your only option is to insert Contact Form shortcode into the content editor – you can try, it should work 🙂

    Hi there, having the same issue with my website: http://w4wcollective.com/

    I tried using both the CMP Subscribe List and also connecting it to a mailchimp list via API.

    I’ve also tried it in multiple browsers (both as http:// and https://) and on mobile. Nothing happens when you hit the submit button and emails aren’t being collected. I had multiple friends test it and they are coming up with the same issues.

    Can you please help?
