Contact Forms In Maintenance Mode

    Does maintenance mode interfere with contact forms?

    I’m using Contact Form 7 while redoing pages on my site. I’m currently using the free version of the plugin.

    When I try to test the contact forms by sending a message to myself it doesn’t work. Is that because of this plugin?

    Just to clarify I’m not using a form on the splash page. I’m using it on pages within my website for newsletters, contact page, etc. The messages don’t go through.

    Hi,

    Shortcodes only work in the Pro version because they can sometime cause issues which lead to support. We try and keep the free version as stable as possible.
