What plugins or theme is generating these contact forms?
A little more information is needed for anyone to be able to help you with this. Answers to the following questions in particular:
- Are you using a plugin to generate these contact forms? If so, which one?
- What is the url to your site, and specifically the urls for the pages where your contact forms should be showing?
- Were your contact forms working before? If so, have you made any changes to your site recently and were those changes the reason why the forms are broken?
I updated the plugin “contact form 7” recently.
