Contact Forms Suddenly Not Working!

    Hi!

    I’ve had the same forms set up for a few years now, but they’re suddenly not working. Can someone please help? I’ve read the FAQ’s, Support + Set-Up Docs, + cant figure out what’s wrong…

    One Contact Form I have tells me there is “1 Configuration Error Found”, which looks like it’s on the “Mail” Tab, in the “From” field: [Name] <[Email]>

    On my Newsletter Form, it says “1 Configuration Error Found”, which looks like it’s also on the “Mail” Tab, but in the “Additional Headers” field: Reply-To: [your-email]

    Hi,

    Have you configured the Mail for your forms..? It basically seems like you haven’t configured or it is better to provide form fields you have created.

    As I know in your Contact Form for <[Email]> you need to provide domain related email. Like <[[email protected]]>.

    For Newsletter form [your-email] you need to replace it by email you create showing in the top of Mail tab. If your email name is newsletter-email you need to use [newsletter-email] for [your-email].
