    Excel file that has more columns than Mail Mint uses always fails on imports unless you delete those before uploading. Weird thing is the system sees all the columns, I map everything and it looks good however zero are imported, even through it shows how many would of imported.

    Hi @donnyb82 , thanks for sharing the details.

    First, could you please confirm whether you’re trying to import an .xlsx file or a .csv file? At the moment, Mail Mint only supports CSV files for contact imports.

    If the file is a CSV and the Mail Mint fields are mapped correctly, the system should only import the mapped columns and the data should be imported properly.

    If possible, could you please share a short video or a screenshot showing the issue you’re facing during the import process? That would really help us look into this more deeply and assist you more accurately.
