Contact Short code present but not recognized

Hello to everybody.

I recently checked the state of the woocommerce plug-in (here below) and the returns says the contact short code in the contact page is not present whereas I introduce it in and the contact page of the site is perfectly functional.

Do someone reported this like a bug recently?
How could I do to fix it?
I have try to rebuild the page entirely, without success..

I would appreciate any suggestion!
