Contact Us From

I am using this plugin and it is interfering with the functionality of the contact us page on this and all of my other websites where it is installed. I am told that the only resolution is to delete the plugin and cease all use. Is there a workaround? Is there a particular setting that causes the interference or is it the entire plugin? Please advise. (Note I am not a developer, so I need specific instructions if there is a solution/workaround).
