Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.
I too am having the same problem, I just tried to deactivate all the plugins switched to the default theme and reactivated all the plugins and the theme and I am still not receiving the emails? Any suggestions?

Your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.
Did you “try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme”?
I am having the same issue. No plugins activated, and default theme.
Can’t add a form, just shows blank screen.
